Selecting a good location

Where you place your HomeCentre is important. The

HomeCentre requires the following in order to work at its

best:

• Open space around the HomeCentre for adequate

ventilation

• A room with a temperature range 50 to

90°Fahrenheit (10 to 32° Celsius) and 20 to 80%

humidity (RH)

• A flat, level surface with enough space for you to

scan in detached mode

Avoid exposing the HomeCentre to the following:

• Direct sunlight or extreme cold

• Extreme changes in temperature or humidity

• Excessive shock; do not drop or hit the machine

• Vibration

•Dust
